On April 24, 2024, officials from Swiss Global Learning met at MDIS Tashkent. Mr. Michele Corby and Ms. Alina Dumea noticed that the students preparation and English language skills were excellent. The visit to the tourism laboratory and learning about the institute's work aroused the guests' fascination, and they voiced a desire to develop successful cooperation in education and staff training.

Following a productive meeting, the parties agreed to jointly arrange short-term training courses for tourism and hospitality specialists in the Tashkent region. It is worth noting that one of the main initiatives will be the training for restaurant business employees, which will be organised in June 2024 in cooperation with the Tashkent regional government.
